Sign up here for Jr. High and High School girls. If younger than 13, sign up as youth.

Girls will attend the appropriate practice based on division (beginner or int/adv.).

We hold girls only practices on the weekends.

Beginner sign up is available during the course sign up windows. Beginner sign up is not available when a beginner course is already in session. If there are no beginner sessions taking place and not in a course sign up window, then you can sign up as a beginner and attend the intermediate/advanced practices until a beginner course opens again.
